Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program (Diploma/AS/BSN).
• Valid license to practice in the State of Ohio.
• CPR required.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality nursing care based on a family centered approach.
• Educates patient and family/significant other from admission through discharge.
• Documents nursing process thoroughly, concisely, and legibly.
• Works with physicians and team to address patient/family concerns for smooth transition of care.
• Administers medications and performs treatments accurately and safely.
• Ensures clinic processes and FMC policies/procedures are followed.
• Maintains adequate equipment and supplies for patient care; reports malfunctions.
