Job summary

Presbyterian SeniorCare Network’s Sherwood Oaks in Cranberry Township is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Skilled Nursing neighborhood. The role covers clinical and administrative duties, with leadership responsibilities and coordination of individualized resident care plans. Expect night shift hours and weekend rotation.

The position offers a BSN differential, up to a $3,000 sign-on bonus, and benefits. Real-time earned-wage access and retirement plans are among the perks.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid, current RN license in good standing.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to effectively interact with residents and team members.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration.
• Experience in Senior Living is preferred.
• Experience in memory care (dementia/Alzheimer’s) is preferred.
• Proven leadership experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the individualized plan of care for residents.
• Implement nursing goals through assessment, planning, organizing, and evaluating interventions.
• Supervise and lead community team members to ensure quality of care.
