Select Specialty Hospital in McKeesport is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide compassionate care during night shifts. The position offers a salary range of $37.90 to $51.00 per hour along with a limited-time $15,000 sign-on bonus.

Responsibilities include patient assessments, documentation, and ensuring accurate medical order processing. Candidates must possess a valid RN license, with BLS certification required upon hire and ACLS certification required within six months.

Qualifications

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
• BLS certification is mandatory at hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Conduct initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Document patient information accurately in systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately.
• Respond competently in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.
• Perform other assigned duties.
