Job summary

Presbyterian Senior Living is seeking a Full-Time Night Shift RN Supervisor to lead nursing care at Kirkland Village (Bethlehem, PA). This role covers 10:45pm–7:15am with rotating weekends and holidays, offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus and hourly pay based on experience.

Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality resident care per Plan of Care. Active PA RN licensure and CPR are required; geriatric/long-term care experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania RN licensure required.
• Active CPR required.
• One-year experience in geriatric or long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and provide care to residents according to the Plan of Care.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Perform resident assessments.
• Participate in daily resident rounding.
• Provide supervision to nursing team.
• Assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
