Job summary

You will collaborate with the healthcare team and patient/family to provide compassionate, comprehensive care in a 24-hour skilled nursing setting. You will assess and plan patient care using the nursing process, document interventions, and educate patients and families while adhering to state nursing standards and our mission-driven values.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma
• RN license in state of employment (CO)
• BLS (American Heart Association) certification
