Job summary

Saint Francis Hospital, Inc. is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse I for night shift. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process according to hospital standards and unit policies.

The role requires completion of basic nursing education and an active RN license in Oklahoma or multistate licensure. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential for effective patient care and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of general disease state management processes, bio-psychosocial model, and clinical pathways.
• Effective interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to organize and prioritize work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to care for patients and documents steps.
• Assesses, organizes, and completes patient care considering age and cultural factors.
• Supports timely patient discharge through referrals and education resources.
• Collaborates with other disciplines and follows unit/hospital policies.
• Engages in continuous education and PI activities and variance reporting.
