Job summary

Ozark Care & Rehab Center is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses to join our team for night shifts. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to residents, administer medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license for Missouri.
• Valid CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing services that meet company and regulatory standards.
• Initiate and lead individualized nursing care plans.
• Assess and document residents' condition and nursing needs.
• Accurately and promptly implement physicians' orders.
• Assign nursing care to team members according to residents' needs and capabilities.
• Administer medications and start IVs as needed.
• Document treatments and ensure supplies and equipment are maintained safely.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
