Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Southwest Medical Center Jim Thorpe Rehab in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking a dedicated Staff Registered Nurse for night shift, full-time. You will manage patient care using the nursing process, with potential unit float and on-call responsibilities. This role requires Oklahoma RN licensure or an eNLC license and BLS/CPR certification as applicable.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Oklahoma or a multi-state license from an eNLC member state.
• BLS or CPR certification required within 30 days of hire (Hospice variant notes: CPR if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver patient care using the nursing process.
• May float to other units as needed and participate in on-call status.
• Adhere to patient safety goals and population-specific competencies.
• Supervise and mentor other licensed and non-licensed personnel in care delivery.
• Provide guidance to students and non-licensed staff as appropriate.
