Job summary
The Valley Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center in Mancos, CO is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team. We offer full-time and part-time night shifts with competitive pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus for eligible full-time night shift RNs.
You'll deliver resident-centered care, supervise LPNs and CNAs, document meticulously, and participate in quality improvement. We provide comprehensive benefits, daily pay, tuition assistance, and opportunities for leadership growth
Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN license or compact state license.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care per care plans.
- Assess resident conditions and communicate changes to the team.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Promote resident safety, dignity, and independence.
- Mentor and support fellow nursing staff while fostering a positive team culture.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and nursing standards.
