The Valley Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team in Mancos, CO. We offer full-time and part-time opportunities, including night shifts with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying FT night shift RNs. A compassionate, resident-centered approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact state license
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required
• Passion for delivering exceptional resident-centered care

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
• Assess resident conditions and communicate changes with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
• Mentor and support fellow nursing staff while fostering a positive team culture
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, facility policies, and nursing standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives that enhance resident outcomes
