Good Samaritan in Brainerd, MN is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shifts. The RN will provide direct patient care, collaborate with the care team, and ensure high-quality nursing services for residents.

The role offers generous shift differentials, tuition assistance opportunities, and a sign-on bonus for eligible applicants. Must be a licensed RN in Minnesota and available for every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE/ACEN/NLN CNEA) preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the applicable state (or multistate if NLC).

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents following the nursing process.
• Coordinate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Mentor and delegate tasks to licensed/unlicensed staff as appropriate.
