Job summary

Silver Creek Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Bristol, Rhode Island is seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, collaborate with physicians and families, and contribute to a supportive nursing department.

We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time, $2,500 for part-time, and hourly pay of $45–$58 based on experience. Shift is 11:00 PM–7:00 AM with full-time, part-time, and per diem options available.

Qualifications

• Active Rhode Island RN license or compact license is required.
• Compassionate and dependable approach to care.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Long‑term care experience preferred but not required.
