Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital-TriCities in Bristol, Tennessee is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The role includes admissions, systematic patient assessment, and thorough documentation to support post-ICU recovery.

We offer a $15,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay ($32.32–$43.50) and a comprehensive benefits package including BSN scholarship, tuition reimbursement, continuing education, and a 401(k) plan to support your career growth.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in the state of Tennessee.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers to the unit.
• Conduct initial and ongoing patient assessments.
• Document timely and accurately using appropriate systems.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed correctly.
• Competence in Rapid Response and code events.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
