Qualifications

• Current and valid state RN license.
• BLS certificate on hire and maintained.
• ACLS certificate within 30 days of hire and maintained (preferred).
• Previous acute care hospital experience preferred.
• Ventilator management experience preferred.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate, patient-centered nursing care.
• Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions; report changes promptly.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, blood products, and treatments per orders.
• Coordinate with physicians, APPs, therapists, and other care team members.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, medications, and discharge plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR; ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
