Job summary

The Mid Coast Senior Health unit of MaineHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) II for a full-time night shift in Brunswick, ME. The role includes 32 hours per week with responsibilities across medical-surgical care, telemetry, and diverse patient populations.

Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, hold a current RN license, and possess or obtain BLS; ACLS/PALS within one year for relevant units; NRP within one year for OB/NICU.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• License/Certifications: Current applicable state license as a Registered Nurse; BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS within one year for ICU/SCU/ED/PACU; OB/NICU require NRP within one year.
• Experience: One year of RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient care including clinical nursing practice, leadership, professionalism, and growth.
• Perform independent assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
• Demonstrate competency in essential RN functions in acute care.
