Job summary

Fisher-Titus Medical Care group in Norwalk, OH, seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift (7p–7a). The RN will provide goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and collaborate with patients and families to meet care needs.

A strong focus on admission assessment and care planning is required. Eligible candidates have an Associate degree or higher in Nursing, and must hold CPR certification and RN licensure.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher in Nursing.
• Current CPR certification and RN license.

Responsibilities

• Assesses patient and completes all admission forms per hospital policy.
• Assesses and diagnoses patient and family needs to provide quality care to assigned patients.
• Develops, discusses, and communicates a realistic plan of care for each patient, in collaboration with patient/support person.
• Demonstrates the skills and judgment necessary to implement medical plan of care and nursing interventions.
• Evaluates problems, care provided, and patient responses to ensure quality care.
