Job summary

AdventHealth in Denver, CO is seeking a registered nurse for full-time night shift. You will perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, administer medications, educate patients and families, and collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes.

RN license, BLS, and 1+ year of acute care experience are preferred. Strong English communication and computer skills are essential to navigate Windows-based systems within a supportive, mission-driven

Qualifications

RN license required and BLS certification.
Associate's in Nursing required; Bachelor's preferred.
Experience in an acute care hospital is preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments across physical, psychological, and psychosocial factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans and revise as needed.
Administer medications and treatments safely per orders and protocols.
Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Coordinate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record.
Ensure infection control and safety compliance.
