Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required
• Proficient in nursing processes and clinical practices
• Able to administer medications and monitor for side effects
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Knowledge of infection control and patient safety standards

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and document findings.
• Provide age-appropriate care using growth and development knowledge.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Develop and evaluate individualized care plans with the team.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in code team activities.
