Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice; compact license transfers within 60 days.
• BSN preferred; or BSN requirement per latest update; BSN notate changes in policy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the care team.
• Develop and update an individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Direct/coordinate care delivery, manage priorities, and allocate time and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the care plan as needed.
