Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Assess: perform comprehensive assessment of physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from patient, family, and interdisciplinary team.
• Plan: develop individualized plan of care with patient and family involvement and education.
• Implement: coordinate and delegate care to the interdisciplinary team while managing time, supplies and resources.
• Evaluate: review outcomes and revise plan to meet goals and patient needs.
• Promote professionalism: adhere to legal/ethical standards, document accurately, and maintain licensure requirements.
