Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a night shift on a 32-bed, all private room geriatric unit. You will work in a high-acuity, team-based environment with telemetry, cardiac drips, high-flow oxygen, BiPAP and advanced therapies as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nursing school and program.
• Associates Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
• If ADN, enroll in BSN within 6 months of hire and complete in 4 years.
• Licensed in the State of Michigan.
• Current BLS AHA certification.
• Experience in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team providing evidenced-based medicine and individualized patient care.
• Work within a nurse-directed, team-based care model with RNs, LPNs, Nurse Externs, PCAs, and Virtual RNs.
• Collaborate with the team to monitor telemetry, cardiac drips, high-flow oxygen, and advanced therapies.
