Job summary

Trinity Health Grand Rapids Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 32‑bed geriatric unit. You will provide evidence-based care on an interdisciplinary team, manage telemetry, cardiac drips, high-flow therapies, and participate in individualized care planning.

We offer full-time night shifts, three 12-hour shifts per week with every third weekend rotation, plus day-one benefits and opportunities to grow within a Magnet-designated facility.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed in the State of Michigan and BLS certification.
• Experience in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Full-time RN on a geriatric unit providing evidence-based care.
• Three 12-hour night shifts per week with every third weekend rotation.
• Collaborative, interdisciplinary team involvement for patient care.
