This high‑acuity, adaptable care environment unit manages telemetry, cardiac drips, high‑flow oxygen, BiPAP, and advanced therapies. Nurses care for patients with rapidly changing conditions, using advanced assessment and strong clinical judgment.
3 Lacks follows a nurse‑directed, team‑based care model with RNs, LPNs, Nurse Externs, PCAs, and Virtual RNs. The hospital is a NICHE Exemplar Organization, recognized for excellence in geriatric nursing and interdisciplinary collaboration.
