Job summary

Good Samaritan in Park River, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care for residents on a 12-hour night shift. The role requires coordinating care, assessments, and education while collaborating with residents, families, and an interdisciplinary team.

The position is part-time with 24 weekly hours, offering a comprehensive benefits package and a $10,000 sign-on bonus for qualifying applicants.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation).
• Coordinate care, resident assessment, resident education and various other nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with residents and families, other inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement and evaluate care.
