Good Samaritan in Park River, ND, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a part-time, 12-hour night shift position. The role requires delivering individualized nursing care, using the nursing process, and collaborating with residents, families, and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care plans.

A strong emphasis is placed on resident safety, education, and quality of care. Qualified applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and an active RN license in the state

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure.
• Must obtain required department competencies and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Apply the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Coordinate care and resident education.
• Collaborate with residents, families and interdisciplinary teams to plan and evaluate care.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to staff within scope of practice.
