Job summary

Good Samaritan in Park River, ND is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide individualized care to residents during 12-hour night shifts. The role supports a part-time schedule with 24 hours per week, delivering comprehensive nursing services across the care continuum.

The RN will collaborate with residents, families, and the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care while ensuring adherence to nursing standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing or multistate licensure if in an NLC state.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents across the care continuum.
• Coordinate care with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed staff as appropriate while ensuring safety and quality.
