Qualifications

• Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.
• CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS preferred.
• Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
• Provide care relevant to patient condition.
• Complete documentation in medical record.
• Revise the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient.
