Job summary

FullShift Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse for a local contract in Peoria, AZ. The night shift (6p-6:30a) requires flexible hours and an active AZ RN license to support an acute rehabilitation facility.

Responsibilities include creating care plans, coordinating with physicians and therapists, administering medications, and supervising staff while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. BLS is required; ACLS is preferred.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona.
• 1 year hospital experience.
• BLS required; ACLS preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Current TB within a year.
• Physical within 6 months.
• Finger Print Card clearance (current).

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care is maintained in a clean and safe environment.
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants.
• Makes nursing diagnoses, which serve as the basis for the strategy of care.
• Collaborates with the resident and members of the healthcare team.
• Records the administration of medication.
• Monitor assigned staff to ensure safety regulations are followed and procedures are performed as outlined by the facility.
• Follows procedures related to nursing equipment and supplies.
• Performs other duties as directed.
