Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arizona
• Prior RN experience in acute rehabilitation hospital
• Desire to care for patients in acute care setting with integrity
• Ability to work flexible hours
• 1 year hospital experience
• Efficient in electronic charting system
• BLS required; ACLS preferred
• TB test within a year
• Physical within 6 months
• Fingerprint clearance

Responsibilities

• Ensures proper resident care in a clean and safe environment
• Develop and ensure the nursing care plan with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants
• Make nursing diagnoses for care strategy
• Collaborate with residents and healthcare team
• Record administration of medication
• Monitor staff to ensure safety regulations and proper procedures
• Follow procedures for nursing equipment and supplies
• Performs other duties as directed
