Job summary

Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI, seeks a Registered Nurse for the Stroke Unit on the night shift. You will deliver patient-centered rehabilitation nursing care, coordinate with the multidisciplinary team, and support patients and families in achieving independence.

This full-time night position offers 36 hours per week, a starting wage of $34 per hour with potential increases for experience, shift differentials, and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in Michigan and in good standing.
• Associate's degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• CRRN certification preferred and encouraged for all RNs.
• Current BLS certification.
• Experience in rehabilitation or acute care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care within the scope of license and regulations.
• Coordinate care with the multidisciplinary team to develop a patient-centered plan.
• Educate patients and families and ensure safety and quality standards.
• Support coordination with non-licensed staff through delegation and follow-up.
