Job summary

10 Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Grand Rapids is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Medically Complex Department. This full-time night shift role offers a pay starting at $34/hr along with additional benefits such as health insurance, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.

The ideal candidate will be licensed in Michigan with an Associate’s degree in nursing, and preferably a Bachelor’s degree. Responsibilities include providing comprehensive nursing care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Michigan.
• Certification as a Registered Rehabilitation Nurse (CRRN) preferred, required within 3 years of hire.
• Experience as an RN, preferably in rehabilitation or acute care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care including patient assessments and medication administration.
• Collaborate with LPNs and physicians to manage higher-acuity conditions.
• Participate in performance improvement activities to enhance patient care.
