Job summary

10 Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking nurse technicians for the night shift on the Main Hospital unit (Inpatient - 6th Floor Ortho Trauma/ Amputee). You will provide direct patient care under an RN, support care activities, and participate in department operations in a fast-paced rehabilitation setting.

The role is full-time with a rotating weekend schedule and 36 hours per week, with starting pay of $18 per hour and eligibility for increases based on

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Current American Heart Association BLS for Health Care Providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care within the scope of license and department policies.
• Record vital signs and assist with patient assessments.
• Assist with hygiene, catheterization, and mobility as directed by the RN.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and report equipment issues.
• Respond to patient call lights promptly and communicate effectively with the RN.

Education
