Job summary

Northwest Transitions Rehab facility within Oro Valley Hospital in Tucson seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shift. The RN coordinates and delivers high-quality patient-centered care, following nursing processes and physician orders, while collaborating with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student rotations in acute care are required.
• 1+ years of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other staff to implement care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in CPR and code team activities.
