Job summary

Oro Valley Hospital in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift at the Northwest Transitions Rehab facility. You will provide patient-centered care using the nursing process and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other professionals to ensure quality outcomes.

This role requires 0-2 years clinical nursing or student rotations; 1+ year RN preferred. Full benefits, licensure renewal support, tuition reimbursement, and loan repayment assistance are offered to help

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in an acute care setting.
• 1+ years of RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver patient-centered care in accordance with nursing process and policies.
• Document assessments accurately and report changes to care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within scope of competency.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Respond to medical emergencies and participate in life-saving interventions as appropriate.
