Oro Valley Hospital in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Northwest Transitions Inpatient Rehabilitation team on a full-time, day-shift basis. The RN will coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, collaborate with physicians and the care team, and support post-discharge planning in a supportive environment.

Qualifications include 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations, RN licensure, and BCLS; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of clinical nursing experience or student rotations in acute care.
• RN licensure required or state compact licensure.
• BCLS mandatory; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care following the nursing process.
• Assess patients and document findings; report changes to the care team.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency.
• Collaborate with the team to implement individualized care plans.
