Job summary

ProMedica is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Eidi Family Rehabilitation Center in the Rehabilitation department. This full-time night-shift role (36 hours weekly) centers on coordinating each patient’s plan of care with sensitivity to diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities include assessing needs, formulating diagnoses, and planning, implementing, and evaluating care with a collaborative health-care team. Ohio licensure and CPR are required; bachelor’s in nursing is preferred.

Qualifications

• Current State license as a Registered Nurse.
• Current CPR training.
• 24 hours of continuing education during licensure period in Ohio Nursing rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care by assessing nursing needs and developing a care plan.
• Interact with patients, families and health care team through open communication.
• Plan, implement and evaluate nursing care; adjust as needed to improve outcomes.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses and support staff to achieve care goals.
