Encompass Health Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our rehab team. The role involves supervising care, assessing patients, tailoring care plans, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care. A sign-on bonus of $10,000 and opportunities for full-time or PRN schedules are available.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license, CPR certification, and have a preference for CRRN or ACLS. Prior rehab hospital experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Valid RN licensure in the state required.
• CPR certification (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise care and treatments, lead patient assessments, tailor care plans, and address patient concerns to provide exceptional care.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients and their families, understanding their unique needs to facilitate recovery.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with various departments to ensure coordinated care and direct patient care when needed.
• Serve as a resource for fellow staff, supporting them with complex patient needs and inquiries.
• Celebrate victories and milestones achieved by our patients.
