Qualifications

• BSN degree required or working towards it.
• Two years acute care clinical experience.
• Current Connecticut State RN licensure.

Responsibilities

• Leads the unit and promotes professional practice through effective team building and communication.
• Manages daily staff assignments ensuring acuity and staffing ratios.
• Rounds with unit staff to assess patient flow and adjust plans as needed.
• Takes lead on incident reporting and ensures documentation is complete.
• Updates care plans and patient profiles as conditions change.
