Fair Oaks Recovery Center in Sacramento, California is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time night shift to oversee client care on an assigned unit. You will supervise LPNs, CNAs, and staff, develop and evaluate care plans, and report changes to providers promptly.

Responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining accurate records, coordinating with the treatment team, and ensuring patient safety.

Competenze

Graduation from an approved/accredited school of nursing.
One or more years’ nursing experience within clinical area of service provided by facility preferred.
Experience in behavioral health/psychiatric/addiction recovery environment preferred.
Knowledge of psychotropic medications and medication administration procedures.
Valid current RN license from the state or a compact state, where applicable.
CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required.
First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

Mansioni

Provides and coordinates nursing care by assessing physical and behavioral health needs and develops care plans.
Maintains medical records and educates clients and families about health conditions.
Administers medications per orders and ensures patient safety.
Communicates findings to providers and prepares hand-off reports.
Supervises care by LPNs, CNAs, and other staff on the unit.
Attends unit activities and participates in team meetings.
