Midtown Oaks Post Acute is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for the NOC shift in Sacramento, CA. The RN will oversee resident care, supervise nursing staff, administer medications and treatments, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Current, active California RN License in good standing.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Strong assessment, clinical, and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and evaluate resident conditions.
• Administer medications, treatments, and skilled nursing procedures.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Respond to changes in resident status and medical emergencies.
• Supervise and support LVNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and physician orders.
• Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Participate in care conferences and discharge planning.
