Job summary

Hampton Behavioral Health Center seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care under physician guidance, ensuring safety and documentation within a psychiatric setting. The role supports inpatient and outpatient programs for adults, adolescents, and older adults.

Two 7pm–7am shifts and one 11pm–7am shift comprise a 32-hour week with rotating weekends; overtime opportunities may arise. A $12,500 sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey RN licensure; BSN/BS preferred.
• One year of psychiatric nursing experience, or two years of medical/surgical experience with leadership, strong clinical skills, and high motivation.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Assesses and responds to medical needs of patients under the guidance of the physicians.
• Conducts safety checks and implements appropriate behavioral management techniques.
• Maintains the core values and mission of Hampton Behavioral Health Center.
