Chicago Behavioral Hospital in Des Plaines, IL is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for night shifts (7p-7:30a). Three shifts per week, including every other weekend, with shift differentials.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; Illinois RN license required.
• Three years of experience in a psychiatric facility preferred.
• CPR certification and aggression management training within 30 days of employment.
• Must pass a competency exam on hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, coordinate, and evaluate patient care with the health care team.
• Provide direct and indirect patient care and support to patients, families, and guardians.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team to develop and document goals.
• Uphold a safe therapeutic environment grounded in CBH values and standards.
