Job summary

UCHealth UCHlth Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins is seeking an RN to join the Progressive Care Unit on a nights schedule. This full-time, onsite role offers 72 hours per pay period with a pay range of $35.29–$54.71 per hour, dependent on experience.

Responsibilities include direct patient care using the nursing process and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional outcomes. Emphasis on wellness, evidence-based practice, and mentoring new staff in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• 6 months ICU/PCU RN experience or completion of UCHealth PCU Fellowship.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care in PCU using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Prioritize patient wellness and evidence-based practice.
• Precept and mentor new staff as needed.
• Support a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment.
