Job summary

Emory Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Clinician for the 5NW Post Op Rehab unit in Warner Robins, GA. The role requires delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care, performing detailed patient assessments, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team on care plans.

Applicants should have a BSN (or ADN with required experience), Georgia RN licensure, BLS, and be prepared for ACLS as needed. Multistate license and WOC certification may be required in some departments.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited BSN program or an ADN with required experience.
• Valid RN license in Georgia
• BLS certification
• ACLS may be required for certain departments
• WOC certification may be required for wound care department
• Multistate license (eNLC) within 60 days of hire

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents care in EMR.
• Develops and implements patient care plans with input from patient/family.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and delegates appropriately.
• Orient staff in absence of a designated preceptor.
• Participates in quality improvement and professional development.
