Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of a BSN program or equivalent.
• Current RN licensure in Georgia or eligibility.
• Certified BLS; ACLS may be required for some departments.
• Experience with AACN Synergy Model is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe, effective nursing care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents care.
• Develops and implements patient care plans with input from patient/family.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team and families.
• Demonstrates leadership and mentors staff when assigned.
• Maintains documentation in electronic and physical records.
