Job summary
MGA Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift to deliver one-on-one care in patients’ homes across Texas. In this role, you’ll provide skilled nursing, monitor changes, administer treatments, and educate families while partnering with a dedicated care team.
The position emphasizes compassionate, patient-focused care with ongoing clinical development and mentorship, plus flexible scheduling and full- or part-time opportunities.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
- Comfortable providing care during overnight hours.
- Home health experience preferred but not required.
- New graduates encouraged to apply in select markets.
Responsibilities
- Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with each patient's individualized plan of care.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered.
- Educate and support patients and family caregivers.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, supervisors, and care team members.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Advocate for the health, safety, and well-being of every patient.
- Provide attentive overnight care and respond appropriately to patient needs throughout your shift.
