MGA Homecare is seeking a Registered Nurse for the night shift to provide high-quality, one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes across our Texas service area.

Join a supportive team with dedicated Nurse Case Manager and Client Service Manager, offering flexible scheduling, professional growth, and autonomy in a home-health environment.

Qualificações

• Current, active RN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused.
• Home health or pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver skilled nursing care in accordance with each patient's individualized plan of care
• Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the care team
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered
• Educate and support patients and family caregivers
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, supervisors, and care team members
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Advocate for the health, safety, and well-being of every patient
