Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a per diem Night RN at Exeter Hospital in Exeter, NH. The nurse will provide patient-centered care across multiple specialties, support documentation and clinical decision-making, and participate in education and policy development.

Positions offer Magnet-recognized nursing excellence and competitive pay with benefits starting on day one. The role requires NH RN licensure or compact state, BCLS, and ideally ACLS and BSN.

Qualifications

• RN license in NH or a compact state.
• BCLS certification or within 30 days of hire; BSN strongly preferred.
• ACLS certification or within 1 year of hire.
• Adheres to ANA standards of practice and nursing code of ethics.
• Ensures safe, timely and accurate medication and IV administration.
• Documents accurately and concisely in the chart and follows policy.

Responsibilities

• Performs comprehensive patient assessment on admission and throughout care.
• Maintains prioritization and organization of patient care tasks.
• Delivers safe medication and IV therapy per physician orders.
• Mentors new staff and supports learning and development.
