Qualifications

• RN license required (NH or compact).
• BCLS within 30 days or existing. BSN strongly preferred.
• ACLS within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to hospital policies, ANA standards, and ethics.
• Assists in safe, timely medication and IV administration and documentation.
• Mentors new employees and contributes to education programs.
• Performs thorough physical assessments and ongoing patient evaluations.
• Communicates effectively during hand-offs and planning of care.
