Job summary

Delray Medical Center, part of Tenet Healthcare, is seeking an RN to deliver high quality, safe nursing care on the night shift. This per diem position involves coordinating patient care and ensuring optimal discharge planning within established safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have Florida RN licensure, and current BLS certification, with ACLS for telemetry or higher acuity units preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Education recognized by the State of Florida as qualification for Registered Nurse licensure.
• Preferred: BSN.
• At least 1 year of current acute care experience.
• Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Florida; BLS required; ACLS for telemetry and higher acuity units.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality, safe nursing care to all patients.
• Coordinate patient care based on the nursing process and safety standards.
• Discharge patients with an optimum level of care while ensuring infection control and risk management.
• Assist in continuous quality improvement and professional development.
